Promoting greater energy efficiency and clean transportation in Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico, Utah, and Wyoming.
SWEEP promotes the expansion and improvement of utility energy efficiency programs, sustainable building codes and regulations, and the advancement of clean transportation in the Southwest.
