SWEEP CELEBRATES 25 YEARS IN COLORADO

Thank you to everyone who joined us for the Southwest Energy Efficiency Project’s (SWEEP) 25th Anniversary Celebration at the Boulder Museum of Contemporary Art. We were thrilled to welcome an incredible turnout of friends, partners, supporters, Allies, and colleagues from across Colorado and the Southwest for an evening of celebration, reflection, and inspiration.

Together, we celebrated a quarter century of advancing energy efficiency, electrification, clean transportation, and smart growth across Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico, Utah, and Wyoming. Since our founding in 2001, SWEEP has worked alongside utilities, policymakers, businesses, and communities to develop practical solutions that lower energy costs, reduce pollution, strengthen our electric grid, and improve quality of life throughout the region.

While this celebration marked an important milestone, our 25th anniversary continues throughout the year. We’ll be hosting additional anniversary events in Santa Fe, New Mexico, the evening before our annual Southwest Utility Energy Efficiency Workshop, as well as two events in Nevada and one in Arizona. Registration information for each celebration will be announced soon.

We’re excited to continue celebrating this milestone while looking ahead to the next 25 years of impact.
