Regional Cooperation in Energy Efficiency Program Implementation in the Southwest

On October 28 and 29, 2004, regional and national energy efficiency professionals gathered in Las Vegas to discuss the options and opportunities for program collaboration across the Southwest. The Regional Cooperation in Energy Efficiency Program Implementation in the Southwest workshop, sponsored by Nevada Power, worked from the premise that, with regional electric utility demand-side management program spending increasing 350% between 2001 and 2004, the time is ripe to look for areas where collaboration will enhance the effectiveness of individual utility and/or state energy efficiency programs.

Below you will find links to the workshop proceedings as well as the presentations made at the workshop. Over time this page will be updated as the various working groups that emerged from the workshop begin to move issue areas forward.
