Adam Bickford is a Senior Associate in the SWEEP utility program, where he specializes in demand-side management program review, participation in utility rate cases and legislative analysis.
Dr. Bickford has worked as an evaluator and policy analyst for over twenty years. He worked for the Missouri Department of Natural Resources Division of Energy, and participated in rule making establishing the structure of the Missouri Energy Efficiency Investment Act. He represented the Missouri Department of Natural Resources on utility DSM collaborative and advisory groups, and authored position papers establishing policy for demand side program incentive measures, rate design and ratemaking.
Adam Bickford holds a Ph.D. in Sociology from the University of Chicago.
