The program is sponsored by the Colorado Governor's
Energy Office and the U.S. Department of Energy.
- The Southwest Energy Efficiency Project (SWEEP)
co-leads and coordinates the program.

Colorado State University's Industrial Assessment
Center provides most of the technical assistance
to partner companies. The Industrial Assessment
Center staff has extensive industrial experience,
having conducted more than 600 industrial energy
efficiency and productivity assessments over the
past 20 years.
- The
ETC
Group, an energy and environmental engineering
firm based in Salt Lake City, provides additional
technical support.
